Babycakes Ltd has had Baby bling dummies and holders tested through a product testing facility that complies with the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Dummies and holders have undergone physical, mechanical and toxicology testing. The Swarovski crystals used have been tested for their lead content also.
